The fine print
Terms of Use
The short version: the printables are yours to use with your own family, class, or caseload — print as many copies as you like. Just please don't resell them or pass the files on.

1. Who you're buying from
Tiny Hands is a small digital-products business run by a licensed pediatric occupational therapist. You can reach us any time at hello@tinyhandsot.com.
By using this website, downloading a free printable, buying a pack, or joining the membership, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. What you're buying
Everything sold here is a digital download — print-ready PDF worksheets and activity packs. Nothing is shipped to you. There's no physical product.
To use them you'll need a device that opens PDFs and a printer with regular US Letter paper. Each product page tells you what's inside and shows preview pages, so you know exactly what you're getting before you pay.
We improve files over time — fixing a typo, adding a page, refreshing artwork. If a pack you own is updated, you get the new version at no extra cost.
3. How you may use the files
When you buy a pack or join the membership, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use those files. Here's what that means in practice.
You may:
- Print as many copies as you need for your own children, your own classroom, or your own caseload — there's no copy limit.
- Use the pages in your sessions at home, in school, in a clinic, or in teletherapy.
- Save a copy on your own computer, tablet, or cloud drive for your own use.
- Send a single printable home with a child's family for them to use with that child.
You may not:
- Resell, trade, or give the files to another parent, teacher, or therapist — each person needs their own copy or membership.
- Upload them to a shared district drive, school server, public website, Facebook group, Google Drive folder, or any file-sharing site.
- Include them in a product, course, or bundle you sell, free or paid.
- Edit them and present the result as your own work, or remove the Tiny Hands credit.
- Use the files, artwork, or any part of this site to train an AI or machine-learning model.
- Use the Tiny Hands name, logo, or artwork commercially.
Buying a pack a second time for a colleague is always welcome — and if your school, clinic, or district wants several people covered at once, that's what team licensing is for. Just ask and we'll sort it out.
All files, artwork, and page designs remain © Tiny Hands. Your license lets you use them; it doesn't transfer ownership.
4. Membership
A Tiny Hands membership unlocks the whole library — every pack and bundle, with new packs uploaded weekly — for as long as your membership is active.
- Billing: at the price shown at checkout, charged to your card automatically each month or each year until you cancel.
- Cancelling: any time, from your account. Your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. See our Refund Policy.
- Price changes: if we ever change the price of a plan you're already on, we'll email you first. Existing members keep the rate they joined at for as long as their membership stays active without a break.
- One person per membership: a membership covers one parent, one teacher's classroom, or one therapist's caseload. Logins aren't shared.
- Files you've already downloaded are yours to keep and keep printing, even after you cancel — under the same license in section 3.
5. Your downloads
Every purchase is saved to your account. You can re-download anything you've bought from My Downloads at any time, on any device, as many times as you need. No expiring links.
We intend to keep that available indefinitely, but we can't promise it forever — so it's always worth saving a copy of your files somewhere of your own.
6. Your account
Please use a real email address you can access — it's how your downloads and receipts reach you. Keeping your login details secure is up to you.
If an account is being used to redistribute files, we may suspend or close it without a refund.
7. Educational resources, not therapy or medical advice
Please read this one. Tiny Hands printables are educational activities created by a licensed pediatric occupational therapist. They are not occupational therapy services, an evaluation, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and buying or using them does not create a therapist–client relationship.
They're not a substitute for an assessment by a qualified professional. If you have concerns about a child's development, please speak to their doctor or a local occupational therapist.
Many activities involve scissors, small parts, playdough, crayons, or other craft materials. An adult should always supervise. You know your child or student best — use your own judgement about which activities are safe and appropriate for them.
8. What we can't promise
The site and the files are provided as they are. We work hard to keep everything accurate, available, and working properly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access, that every file is free of errors, or that any particular activity will produce any particular result for a child.
9. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tiny Hands isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the files. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the product or membership period in question.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business grows. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we'll email members before any change that materially affects them.
11. Questions
