Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. We can invoice against a PO and provide a W-9. If your district needs us added as a vendor first, send the paperwork with your quote request and we will complete it.
What happens when a therapist leaves?
Seats are transferable. Reassign the login to their replacement at no cost — just email us the new therapist's work email and we will move the seat over.
Can COTAs, PTs, SLPs or teachers use it?
Yes. A seat is a seat — use them however your team is structured. Plenty of the library is useful to a classroom teacher or a PT running a fine-motor group.
How do therapists get access?
Each therapist gets their own login tied to their work email. They sign in and have the full library — no shared password, no single account passed around the department.
How is this different from the individual membership?
Same library. The difference is administrative: one invoice instead of one per therapist, one renewal date instead of several, seats you can reassign as staff change, and a per-seat cost well below the individual rate.
Can our therapists download and keep the files?
Yes. Therapists can download and print anything in the library for their own caseloads — there is no online-only restriction, which matters when you are working in a building with unreliable wifi. Materials you have already downloaded stay usable. What ends with the license is access to the library itself and to the new resources added each week. We only ask that files aren't shared outside the licensed team or posted publicly.
Do you have a data privacy or student data agreement?
No student data is collected. Therapists log in with a work email; nothing is stored about students. If your district still requires a signed data agreement on file, send it with your quote request.
