Your information
Privacy Policy
In plain English: we collect your email so we can send you what you asked for. Card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see them. We don't sell your information to anyone.
Last updated 15 October 2026
1. What we collect
- Your name and email address — when you unlock a free printable, sign up for emails, or create an account.
- Order details — what you bought, when, the amount, and the billing details our checkout requires. This is collected and stored by Squarespace, which runs our store.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. Your full card number never reaches us and we never store it.
- How you use the site — which pages you visit, which links you click, roughly where in the world you are (country or region level), what kind of device and browser you're on, and which site sent you here. This is ordinary website analytics, not a profile of you by name.
- Anything you write to us — if you email us, we keep the email so we can help you.
We don't ask for, and don't want, any information about the children you work with or care for.
2. Why we collect it
- To deliver the printables and downloads you asked for.
- To process your order and keep a record of it, including for tax and accounting.
- To give you access to your purchases and your membership.
- To answer your emails.
- To send you new printables and occasional updates about the membership, if you've signed up for emails.
- To understand which pages and resources are useful, so we can make better ones.
3. Emails
Our emails are sent through Squarespace Email Campaigns. If you gave us your email to get a free printable or to join the list, we'll send you that file plus occasional notes about new printables and the membership.
You can stop those emails at any time, using the link at the bottom of any email we send or by emailing hello@tinyhandsot.com. Transactional messages — your receipt, your download links, a change to your membership — still need to reach you while you have an active account.
4. Cookies
This site uses cookies for two things: keeping the site working (your cart, your login session, your preferences) and basic analytics so we can see which pages people find useful.
There are no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, and no third-party ad networks on this site. We don't follow you around the internet. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the store and your account may not work properly without the essential ones.
5. Who else handles your information
We use a small number of established companies to run the business. They only receive what they need to do their job, and they're not allowed to use your information for their own purposes.
- Squarespace — hosts the website, runs the store and checkout, stores customer and order records, and sends our emails.
- Our payment processor — takes your payment securely and handles card data.
- Google Analytics — tells us how the site is used, in aggregate.
- Google Drive — stores the worksheet files themselves, so your downloads work. Your personal details aren't shared with it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't share your email with other businesses, and we won't start.
6. Children
This site is made about children but it's made for adults — parents, teachers, and therapists. It isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect any information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it straight away.
7. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it.
- Send you a copy of what you've given us.
- Stop sending you marketing emails.
Email hello@tinyhandsot.com and we'll take care of it, normally well within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law — nothing in this policy takes those away.
8. Where your information is handled
The companies above are based in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed there and in other countries where they operate.
9. How long we keep it
Email-list details stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and isn't linked to your name.
10. Security
The site runs over a secure connection, payments are handled by a specialist processor, and access to customer records is limited. No system is perfect, but we take looking after your information seriously.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes will be announced by email to members.
